We work as a learning partner, supporting project development and implementation through an understanding of what works and using evaluation evidence to design more impactful interventions.
At planning and design stage, we explore with clients the theory of change underpinning investment decisions and ensure projects are designed to maximise their impact. We advise on key performance metrics to track progress and impact; and develop Monitoring and Evaluation Plans to help embed data collection and tracking processes into delivery.
Through constructive and robust process, impact and economic evaluation, we provide insights to support service delivery, evidence impact, and determine Value for Money. We help our clients to communicate the impact of their activities to stakeholders and funders, and compile evidence to support case making and future investment.
