In March 2022 Metro Dynamics became an employee-owned business, setting up an Employee Ownership Trust. We appointed Pat Ritchie CBE as the Non-Executive Chair of our Business Board. Being an Employee Ownership Trust means controlling interest in the company is held for the benefit of all employees. Our Employee Ownership Trustees are appointed by employees to act as custodians of the business, our mission, values and vision. Our Employee Ownership Trustees work closely with the Company Board to ensure Metro Dynamics evolves in a manner that aligns with the long-term interests of both current and future employees.
