Metro Dynamics has been commissioned by Core Cities and the Greater London Authority (GLA) to write a report on the case for fiscal devolution to drive city led growth.

The first part of this research, a short paper on the myths surrounding fiscal devolution, has been produced to support the Core Cities’ and the GLA's attendance at the party conferences ahead of the November spending review. You can download this paper here.
