Today the Convention of the North is meeting in Leeds, to shape a Manifesto for the North. Based on the papers developed by Metro Dynamics and Northern Policy Offers, the two day process has seen 12 policies tested, debated and refined.

We’ve also heard from Micheal Gove and will hear from Angela Rayner, setting out parallel visions for the North, alongside Mayors, local government, civic society and business leaders.
