Luis has recently played a key role in delivering large-scale, mixed-use regeneration schemes, including Joyce & Snells in the London Borough of Enfield—one of England’s largest affordable housing projects—and the award-winning Pydar regeneration for Cornwall Council. His work focuses on growth, investment, and placemaking, collaborating with clients across regions to shape place-based strategies that answer a crucial question: What does good look like for residents?
